How to Use Our New Website Features

Welcome to our newly designed website! We’ve been working hard to improve the layout and functionality of our website to create an even better shopping experience for you. We hope you enjoy the easier navigation and new features that we’ve rolled out for you!

How do I find products and other info?

Although the website looks different, rest assured you can still find all of your favorite products. There are several ways to find products.

• Search Bar: If you are looking for a specific product, click the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page. This will bring up a search bar. Enter the name of the product you want. You can hit enter on your keyboard, or select the product from the list that drops down from the search bar.
• Navigation Bar: If you are looking for a type of product rather than a specific item, you can find it in the top navigation bar. The navigation bar has several of our most popular collections. To see all of our collections, click +More and all of our product categories will show up. The navigation bar can be found on our homepage, but it also shows up on other pages that you visit. The bar is designed to disappear when you scroll down. To make it reappear, simply scroll up on any page.
• Home Page: You can navigate to popular collections directly from the homepage. Scroll down on the homepage to find featured collections such as Candle Making Supplies, Soap & Bath Bomb Supplies, Wax Melt Supplies, Molds, and more.
• Footer Menus: To locate our FAQ, policy pages, and other info, scroll to the bottom of our website. You can also find these pages by using the search bar.

How do I log into my account?

You can still use your existing account on our new website. To log in, simply click the person icon at the top of the page and enter your credentials on the next screen. If you want to earn points and keep track of your purchases, be sure to log in before you make a purchase. Each time you visit our website, check that you are logged in so you can earn points and use your account.

What are the new website features?

Enhanced Wishlist

Want to remember a product for later? Our improved wishlist feature makes it easier than ever to save products.

• If you see a product you like, simply click the heart icon to save it to your wishlist.
• To access your wishlist, click the heart icon at the top of the website (above the navigation bar).
• All of your favorites will appear on the next page. To remove items, click the X on the product image.
• You don’t need to have an account or be logged in to save items to a wish list.
• If you want to send your wishlist to someone else, go to the wishlist page and click Share Wishlist. A link will appear that you can copy and send to someone else.

Compare Products

Not sure which product you want? Use our new product comparing feature to easily navigate between different products.

• Click the arrow icon on any product image. You can compare up to 6 products at a time.
• After clicking the arrow icon on two or more products, a button will appear in the lower corner of the screen. Click the button to view the products you wanted to compare.
• When you’re done comparing an item, click the X to remove it from your list.

Quick View

Want to take a glance at a product without navigating away from the page you’re on? Our Quick Look feature lets you do that!

• Click the eye icon on any product image.
• A popup window will appear with a brief overview of the item.
• If you want, you can add the item to your cart from this popup window.
• To see more about the product, click View Full Details. You will be taken to the product page.
